September! Autumnal days are finally upon us…a much needed reprieve from the brutal summer heat this year. Next week will bring us a couple more Autumnal days with chilly mornings and pleasant afternoons. In the spirit of the lovely weather – I’m bringing a cozy pasta recipe to you next tweek!

For this pasta dish, I’m foregoing the orzo and making homemade pasta instead. I’m also going to make some babaganoush and more homemade crackers. I will be omitting any oil in these recipes, and subbing nutritional yeast for parmesan. Iwill share the recipe for all three below!
