Hello, and welcome back! I’m a little late this week because I’ve been busy preparing and filming a nutrition chat about gut health. I will be sharing the slides from that chat on the blog as well this upcoming week, so stay tuned!

In the meantime, I have prepared this week’s meal plan and have the downloadable .pdf for you below. I am planning a veggie tikka masala, and roasted cauliflower tacos this week!

I don’t have a recipe for the tacos – I’m just going to roast, or probably air fry to keep from heating the house, the cauliflower, then assemble tacos with my favorite toppings. For the tikka masala recipe, you can click here:
